Sustainability Promise T&C
I can only accept items that have accidental damage: accidental rips, snags, loose seams, fallen out/loose/missing tassels etc.
Please provide photographic evidence of the damage and a description of how the damage happened.

Items with visible deliberate damage will not be accepted.
The Sustainability Promise doesn't cover soiled, deliberately torn items, colour loss, felting and bubbling of the yarns and any other damage due to incorrect maintenance.
The customer is responsible for packing, paying shipping & return costs.
You can post the item using any post or courier service. I recommend using Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK and DHL Express Courier Service for International delivery.
The mending/fixing service is Free.
