The sustainability and longevity of all my products are very important to me, so I decided to make a sustainability promise to all my knitwear! Textile waste is one of the biggest problems that is destroying our planet and I don't want my products to be a part of it.
What does that mean?
As a knitwear designer, I want my customers to have their purchased knitwear for as long as possible, but sometimes accidents happen. Knitwear is delicate, snags and rips can happen very easily if you're in a rush, not paying attention, etc.
If your purchased product has been accidentally damaged instead of throwing it away I would like you to contact me and I will fix it.
After inspecting the product, I will provide you with a few solutions on how the problem can be fixed.
How does that work?
I will happily fix the accidentally damaged product for free. All you have to do is pay for the postage.
What are the steps?
First: Please, contact me via Email @ email@example.com Try to provide as much information as possible and pictures of the problem.
Second: I will email you back how/if the problem can be fixed and advise you on what to do next.
Third: All you have to do is pack it, pay for postage and return, post it and wait for your item to return to you with a new life!
Please allow 7-14 days for the repairs before dispatch. Enjoy your knitwear once more!
